IML plan for long-term relationships with customers, our printer support programme is designed with this in mind. The support packages below are planned to ensure your labelling systems run at all times and that you are getting the very best from your system.

 

Installation Support. – FREE training.

On installation of your new printer and software we offer FREE training for your team to ensure that they fully understand the machine and the interaction with the labelling materials.

 

On-line Support.

After the initial installation and free training session, if you still need help, that’s fine. We  stay with you all the way.  On-line support, via remote links over the Internet is available throughout the working day, this offers flexibility, reduces cost of travel for our engineers and provides customers with a fast response.

 

Extra Training for new Staff.

Additional on-site training is available, please call us on 0114 242 2111 so we can understand what you need and supply a price accordingly.
