Maintenance
Printers, like cares, need to be serviced and maintained to ensure they keep running properly and efficiently. IML offer two different maintenance packagages to suit your budget and printing demands. The majority of our maintenance is carried out by IML's own fully trained on-site engineers, avoiding the need for return to base workshop repairs in most instances:-
Annual Contract
8 working hours response time with 8 working hour fix (subject to availability of parts)
Call-out Service
If you prefer not to committ to a contract we are pleased to offer an ad-hoc service. Our engineer will arrive at your site as soon as conveniently possible. Repair time and required parts are chargable.
If you would prefer to return your printer to our workshop for maintenance or repair, please talk to our Systems Division Manager who will organise this with you.

Print Heads, Cleaning Kits & Spares
Thermal Transfer Print Heads and Cleaning Kits are available from IML to help customers maintain their printers in good operational condition. Call us for supplies or to discuss the feasility of setting up a breakdown contract for added peace of mind.
