Laser printable metal tagging systems (up to 1000°C)

steel Labelling IML has cemented a partnership with the reputable American based Pannier Corporation to supply specially coated metal tags for hot applications where synthetic labels cannot survive.

Providing heat resistance up to 1000°C, these tags also withstand the pickling processes, outdoor exposure and rough handling – preserving vital data. Metal tags are available in a number of sizes and can be welded, nailed, tied or strapped to stock.

steel Labelling IML-Pannier’s laser printer, containing a powerful air-cooled 30W CO2 laser, creates permanent text, graphics, barcodes and 2D data matrix codes. Mark-CLEER, the system’s in-built software, allows simple and quick tag formatting via a Windows XP operating system.

Rip-proof
steel Labelling Specially coated woven polyester fabric providing ultimate tear-resistance, with exceptional thermal transfer print quality, in matt or gloss finishes. Rip-proof’s malleability offers crease resistance, ensuring data readability for the life of the label.

HTP
High gloss polyester film providing good temperature resistance and excellent printability on both sides.

Multiplas
Cross laminated polyethylene giving superb tear resistance in all directions. Matt coated on one side for enhanced print quality.

Polyplas
A cost effective, dual sided polyethylene film. Available in two thicknesses and a range of colours. Polyplas offers good all round performance and is economically priced.

S/A Mattrans
Superior quality matt coated HDPE with marine approved (BS5609) adhesive, giving excellent adhesion to rough or moist surfaces. Displays tamper evident properties once adhered.

S/A E-trans
A quality matt coated PP with marine approved (BS5609) adhesive. Adheres well to rough or moist surfaces. Economically priced.

S/A Polyolefin
Superior matt film giving excellent laser print quality. Marine approved BS5609 adhesive. Supplied on a lay-flat Kraft paper liner.

Paper Faced & Paper Covered Metal
Ideal for handwriting, when moderate temperature resistance and extreme strength are required.

Lacquered Steel
Available in a range of colours, lacquered both sides. 0.18mm thickness gives good strength, heat resistance and rigidity.

Plastic
Range of colours and thicknesses available, ideal for basic, handwritten swing tags.

Tyvek
A woven synthetic material offering the flexibility of paper with extreme durability. Available in a range of colours. Suitable for handwriting or dot matrix overprinting.>

PCP
Matt paper covered polyester material for easy handwriting or dot matrix printing. Good tear resistance.
