As part of IML's committment to continual improvement and the personal development of its staff various training courses were completed recently.

 

Richard Gardner - Sales Office Manager

Richard completed a 2 year long training programme with Evolution Training in Chesterfield incorporating ILM Level 3 Certification in First Line Management, NVQ 3 Management and Advanced Level Apprenticeship in the Business Skills Sector.

  

Hayley Higgins - Marketing Manager

Hayley took on NVQ Level 3 Marketing in order to further her budding career.

 

Jordan Rudge - Sales Co-ordinator, Chris Hill - Machine Operatative and James Woodcock - Machine Operative

 

All completed NVQ Level 2 in Business Improvement Techniques to help take IML successfully and efficiently into the future.

 

Jon Woodhead - Quality Engineer

Jon also completed the Business Improvement Techniques NVQ at level 3.
